Event Withdrawal Policy

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance. No selling of entries is permitted. No refunds or credits will be provided for dropping down in race distance.

Bib Exchange (Participant Transfer)

Bib (Participant) Transfers are permitted and MUST BE PROCESSED through the RunSignup.com and prior to race day. The runner you transfer your entry to will be charged a $10 transfer fee to cover the cost of the race shirt. Click this link for instructions on transferring a bib to another runner. You will need to make arrangements with the person you are transferring to for payment of your bib. Additional Runsignup.com processing fees will be applied when the transferee registers. You must do the transfer through RunSignup to ensure everyone has agreed to and signed the waiver. The cutoff date to transfer bib is 5/1/2024. This gives us time hopefully to order additional race shirts if necessary.

*DO NOT just sell your bib or hand your bib to someone to run in your place without having them officially registered through RunSignup as this will result in a disqualification and permanent ban for both parties. We want to avoid anything like that from happening.

Distance Change (Event Transfer)

Entrants may switch to another distance, provided the distance they are switching too has not reached capacity. This can be done through RunSignup.com where you registered. Click this link for instructions on transferring to another event (distance). By default, when transferring to a different event, the registrant will automatically pay the difference between the events, if the event they are transferring to is more expensive. No refund will be issued for downgrading in distance. The cutoff date to transfer to another distance is 5/10/2024. To make a request to transfer distances after May 10th or if the distance you would like to switch too has reached capacity, please contact us at runyamacraw@gmail.com and we will review the request.
